Wembley Stadium

Wembley Stadium

The Wembley Stadium is under the ownership of English Football and The Football Association (FA) through its subsidiary Wembley National Stadium Ltd. (WNSL). It is the largest stadium in the UK and the second-largest stadium in Europe. Its most notable feature is the Wembley Arch which serves aesthetically as a landmark across London and structurally as the arch supporting over 75% of the entire roof load. The size of the arch is greater than the cross-channel Eurostar train in London.

The stadium hosts major and international football matches including home matches of the England national football team and the FA Cup Final. It would serve as the temporary home of Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur until October 2018, while the White Hart Lane is being demolished due to critical safety concerns and their new stadium is being constructed.
