Smoothie King Center

Formerly known as the New Orleans Arena, the Smoothie King Center is located in New Orleans, Louisiana, standing in the city’s Central Business District and near the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. It’s the largest venue in terms of physical size in the region, but it has a shared parking, equipment, personnel, and production services with the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

The arena’s current tenant is the New Orleans Pelicans of the NBA, but it previously served as a home venue for the New Orleans VooDoo of the Arena Football League and the New Orleans Brass ice hockey team of the ECHL. When it’s not being used by the home team, the Smoothie King Center hosts Men’s and Women’s NCAA Regional Basketball Tournament, headlining concerts, general sessions, and private receptions.
