Molineux Stadium

The Molineux Stadium is considered as one of the biggest and most modern all-star stadiums in England, and it’s still up for redevelopment plans today. The stadium is under an extensive multi-million pound renovation program to enlarge the seating capacity and facilities. At present time, it consists of four stands: the Steve Bull, Sir Jack Hayward, Stan Cullis, and Billy Wright Stands.
The current tenant of the stadium is the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club of the Premier League. They’ve been playing their home matches in its field since 1889. The Molineux Stadium, most importantly, was the first stadium ever built for a Football league club in England and the first British ground to have floodlights installed. When the home team’s away, it hosts England internationals, UEFA Cup Finals, and European club games.
