Levi’s Stadium

Levi's Stadium

Coming from the name of the stadium itself, the Levi’s Stadium is owned by the clothing company Levi Strauss & Co. It was specifically designed for football events, with an open stadium and natural grass field. Last 2014, the venue was dubbed as the “most high-tech sports stadium” when the management of San Francisco 49ers devoted a significant amount of money to build a state-of-the-art infrastructure with Wifi, 4G connection, Bluetooth Low Energy standard, and 4k LED displays.

The San Francisco 49ers have been using the Levi’s Stadium as their home court since 2014, but it was only in February of 2016 where the venue hosted its first Super Bowl. Years before that, it catered to a number of significant sports events such as the Pac-12 Football Championship Game, 2015 NHL Stadium Series, and 2015 International Champions Cup.
