Heinz Field

Heinz Field

The Heinz Field is one of the best stadiums that loudly and consistently represent its NFL team as it displays Hall of Fame-caliber collection of memorabilia. It is located in the North Shore area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and solely serves as a home to the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL and the Pittsburgh Panthers of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Evidently, the name of the stadium is a nod to the American food processing company, H. J. Heinz.

After its opening on 2001, the Heinz Field became a medium for notable events. It is the first NFL stadium to host a title for any woman’s football league in the form of WFA or the Women’s Football Alliance National Championship Game. Further, it is also the site to the quickest score in NFL history where the Steelers scored a safety on the opening kickoff three seconds into the start of the league’s 94th season.
