Anfield Stadium

Anfield Stadium is a football arena located in Anfield, Liverpool, England which can seat 54,074 fans making it the sixth largest football stadium in the country. It has been occupied by Liverpool F.C. since their forming in 1892. It was originally the home of Everton F.C from 1884 to 1891, before they migrated to Goodison Park after a disagreement with the club president.
The stadium features four stands, including the Main Stand, the Spion Kop, the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand, and Anfield Road. The stadium holds a record attendance of 61,905, which was set at a match between the home team and the Wolverhampton Wanderers in 1952. The ground was renovated to an all-seater stadium in 1994 and reduced the total seating capacity as a result. Future plans include an expansion to increase the stadium size to 61,000.
