NBA 5-Game Christmas Day: Bitcoin Odds and Predictions

Every year some families might have made the NBA Christmas games a part of their tradition, celebrating with friends and families. Why not right? The NBA Christmas games are highlight anticipated events that usually involves finals rematch or old-fashioned slugfests between two juggernaut NBA teams. There are 5 games slated for Christmas day, and here they are along with Bitcoin basketball odds and predictions for each matchup to make your holidays even merrier.

12 PM ET: Philadelphia 76ers at New York Knicks

A quick fact before the predictions; the 76ers have not been given a game during Christmas Day since 2011. On the other hand, it’s the 52nd Christmas Day game for the Knicks, which is also the most in NBA history. With that, Joel Embiid has taken Philly to new sights. Embiid took the Process to the 10th spot in the East. For a young squad, along with Ben Simmons, the 76ers are looking to become a tough team to go against. Furthermore, Kristaps Porzingis isn’t holding back either as his Knicks are the 8th team in the East.

Bitcoin sportsbooks place a 2.5 point spread for the meeting of East’s two young guns.

3 PM ET: Cleveland Cavaliers at Golden State Warriors

Of course, you might have already found out that Steph Curry will sit the game out, which is the first season meeting for the Cavs and Warriors since the Finals. Also, these two teams remain to be the odds-on favorites to make the Finals next year, making it their fourth straight year in the NBA Finals. Can LeBron avenge the Cavs’ loss last June or will the Warriors continue their domineering run and maybe even claim another NBA title?

The game is listed with a -9 point spread without Curry for the Warriors and Isaiah Thomas for the Cavs, which sets aside his debut for the Cleveland NBA team.

5:30 PM ET: Washington Wizards at Boston Celtics

Both of these teams last met at the second round of the playoffs, which took seven games. But, Boston won the series and was given the heavy task of facing the Cavs in the Eastern Conference Finals, albeit Isaiah Thomas was still with Boston and Irving was still with the Cavs. But now it’ll be different, as Irving and Thomas have switched places and the former continue to work on his chemistry with the team. This game’s highlight will be Irving going against John Wall–two of the best point guards in the league squaring off.

The game is listed with a 5 point spread for the first time meeting of the Eastern teams, among Bitcoin sportsbooks.

8 PM ET: Houston Rockets at Oklahoma City Thunder

The biggest narrative of this game is former teammates—current MVP, Russell Westbrook and MVP favorite this season, James Harden—back in OKC. This is their first game against each other this season. The Rockets, with the new addition of Chris Paul working alongside Harden carrying the offensive load, is taking the league by storm. But the Thunders, with its own additions of Paul George and Carmelo Anthony is sure to give Houston a hard time.

The Wolves made huge changes to its lineup after trading away Ricky Rubio and signing Jimmy Butler with Jeff Teague and Taj Gibson. These veterans have been guiding the young stars, Karl Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins. Many have considered them a playoff team that can compete in the loaded Western Conference before the season started. On the other hand, the much-hyped Lakers with its own young stars in Lonzo Ball and surprising star, Kyle Kuzma, reflects the future of the Showtime.
