The Los Angeles Rams are based in the metropolitan area of Los Angeles and compete in the NFL as a fragment of the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) West division. All home games of the Rams are played at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California.
The Rams franchise was born in 1936, first starting off as the Cleveland Rams, located in Cleveland, Ohio. After winning the 1945 NFL Championship Game, the team moved to Los Angeles, California, leaving a spot for the Cleveland Browns of the All-America Football Conference.
Following the 1994 NFL season, the Rams relocated once again, this time in the direction of St. Louis, Missouri. However, the franchise only lasted until the end of the 2015 NFL season, then the team requested to be moved back to Los Angeles. During the team’s stint in Missouri, they won the Super Bowl XXXIV and appeared in the Super Bowl XXXVI.
