Coach: Mladen Krstajić
This will be Serbia’s 12th World Cup appearance, and they failed to qualify for the 2014 World Cup. In addition, they failed to go past the group stage of the 2006 and 2010 World Cups. Nevertheless, Serbia went on to top Group D during the qualifiers stage, so this could be a good indication of the team’s positive form. Some of the familiar names grazing Serbia’s line up are Manchester United’s Nemanja Matic and ex-Chelsea captain Branislav Ivanović.
